I’m Kal – a straight-talking property and finance strategist, an unapologetically bold Desi woman, and a living example of what’s possible when you mix hustle with healing.

I started my career in 1989 as a 19-year-old estate agent— quickly becoming the one they whispered about and couldn’t ignore. Within months I was outselling agents twice my age. Not because I had all the answers —but because I told the truth and knew how to close.

That drive led me into mortgages, property development, and eventually into running multiple businesses:

✔️ A mortgage brokerage

✔️ A packaging business

✔️ A funding strategy consultancy

✔️ And later, a holistic healing brand built from my recovery journey

But my story isn’t all success.

I’ve lost businesses in the 2008 crash.

I’ve rebuilt after health collapse.

I’ve stood my ground when the banks asked me to sell people debt they couldn’t afford.

I walked away — because I believe in doing right, not just doing deals. That’s what sets me apart.
